Reeve Kutzan called the meeting to order at 9:00 am

Be It Resolved that the minutes of the last regular meeting of council of the Rural Municipality of Grandview held June 9, 2010 be adopted as circulated/read. Carried

Be It Resolved that the agenda as prepared by the CAO be amended and is hereby adopted. Carried

Whereas the Rural Municipality of Grandview have experienced flood related damages to municipal roads in approximately 129 locations;

Therefore Be It Resolved that the Rural Municipality of Grandview make a second application for Disaster Financial Assistance through he Disaster Financial Assistance Program. Carried

General Business

Be It Resolved that the RM of Grandview accepts the audited & consolidated financial statements for the Mountainview Planning District ending December 31, 2010. Carried

Be It Resolved that the RM of Grandview pay an enumerator .50 cents per name for the voter’s list for the 2010 election. Carried

Whereas the RM of Grandview has received an application for a conditional use for pt. SE 31-25-23;

Therefore Be It Resolved that a public hearing be scheduled for June 14, 2010 at 11:00am in the Rural Municipal Office at 531 Main Street, Grandview, Manitoba. Carried

Equipment rental policy was reviewed.

Other Business

Tax sharing – meeting being held July 15, 2010 – council to review changes

Be It Resolved that we now adjourn 11:40pm. Carried
