Whereas renovations for 111 Railway Ave. was approved at September 14,
2011 meeting resolutions #293-11;
Therefore Be It Resolved that we authorize additional $1500.00 towards
renovations at 111 Railway Ave;
And Further Be It Resolved that we appoint Councillor Bomak to be in
charge of the allocations of said funds. Carried

“A” and “AA” Junior Varsity Girls High School
Basketball Championships being held March 9-10, 2012. Carried

Whereas the RM of Grandview does not have sufficient resources for the
recruitment of physicians in our community;
And Whereas the committee has completed a significant amount of research
into the recruitment efforts in all regional health authorities;
And Whereas it has been indicated by the Provincial Government that
it is the responsibility of PRHA (parkland Regional health Authority)
to recruit physicians for communities in the Parkland area;
Therefore Be It Resolved that the RM of Grandview confirms our position
that the recruitment of physicians should be the full responsibility
of PRHA. Carried

Be It Resolved that any donations received towards the renovations at
111 Railway Ave. be considered additional revenue over and above the
approved RM funding. Carried

capital improvements for the Curling Rink ceiling;
And Further Be It Resolved that the 50% of the proceeds from the planned
fundraiser be repaid to the RM of Grandview. Carried

funding agreement for the removal of problem beaver dams;
Therefore Be It Resolved that the RM of Grandview sign said agreement.
